CultureFly is self described as a company of pop-culture fanatics that create exclusive collectibles, subscription boxes, apparel, and accessories for different licensed IPs based out of New York, NY. Some of the more well known licenses are Star Wars, Disney, Marvel, Sony, among others. It’s a huge opportunity that has given me the chance to dive into working with large scale brand guidelines and adapting them to different shapes.

My role with them is part of the tech accessories department, responsible for exactly that, tech accessories. While I’m responsible for creating physical packaging for these accessories and communicating with factories, I also help create the accessories themselves and the files that make them happen.

A Hot Topic Exclusive- I created the production artwork for this release, including the Ghost Face mask with blood dripping off of it. The box is a premium finish paper wrap with spot gloss, heat press red foil, and a magnetic front flap with two color printed acetate cover for the product itself.

The below products are for budget retailer Five Below using the K-Pop Demon Hunters, where I created factory files for molded silicone items, as well as printed objects like magsafe wallets, mousepads, and mice. Included as well are the packages that I created for the items, done as mostly paperboard with spot gloss accents when needed.

One of my “specialties” that I was able to bring to the table with Culturefly is my experience with double-shot and dye-sublimated keycaps. This mechanical keyboard is sold at BoxLunch and features dye sublimated keycaps with RGB shine-through front legends that don’t interfere with the licensed graphic
